In the afternoon I've been switching back and forth between 77 WABC and 710 WOR. I need variety and an entire afternoon of Rush and Hannity just gets to be too much. I really enjoy Bill O'Reilly's show at 2 and Bob Grant at 4. Don't forget to check out Mark Levin Fan (www.marklevinfan.blogspot.com).

Attack of the Fill-In Hosts!

Thankfully with the end of summer we will see an end to the Attack of the Fill-In Hosts. There's nothing more disappointing that tuning in to hear one of your favorite hosts only to find a Fill-In host. It's like paying a hundred bucks to get into a Rolling Stones concert only to find out that Matchbox 20 is playing instead. Very few Fill-In hosts can actually hold a candle to the host that they are covering for. Mark Simone is about the only exception that I can think of.

I added a link to WOR Radio 710 AM. I just cannot seem to dedicate myself to only one or two Talk stations. I just started listening to some of the programs on WOR and they've got a lot of great programs...

I wonder if enjoying Talk Radio is dictated by a certain type of genetic predisposition? Or maybe it is social conditioning that drives an individual to listen to Talk Radio. Does loneliness drive someone to Talk Radio?
Tonite I am listening to Mark Levin online. I will be online for another hour or so so I will listen to Laura Ingraham at 8pm on WABC. TalkRadioFan.com will debut in a few weeks. I am looking for those interested in submitting articles. Articles can be about your favorite Talk Radio personality, what got you interested in Talk Radio, etc. The sky is the limit.
Find out stations and times for Listening to Laura Ingraham:
http://lauraingraham.com/stationfinder. I just spent a little while looking at www.lauraingraham.com and found it to be a pretty decent site. Lots of photos and all kinds of stuff for fans. I also signed up for her weekly email newsletter.
Can't listen to Mark Levin everyday? Log onto www.MarkLevinFan.com and hear the best call of any given day. Check out The Lou Gentile Show - www.lougentile.com. If you like Coast to Coast AM you will dig this program.
