Scientists say that many, many years from now the Earth's oceans will boil away and the planet will become too hot to sustain any life before being burned to a crisp. No, man-made global warming will not be the cause - the Sun will be the cause. (BBC Article -

I think in about twenty years we should freeze Al Gore and in a billion years thaw him out and tell him that it is now 2020 and life on Earth is unbearable because we did not take heed to his warnings. When he gets all serious-looking we can tell him that we were just joking and the Sun is the reason that Earth has gotten so darned hot. I bet he convinces the few surviving humans that their cave painting is what caused the planet to get so hot.
Is anyone else out there disappointed with how bad the WABC (www.77WABCRadio.com) Sunday line-up is? After Religion On the Line it's a wasteland of boring finance, home improvement, travel shows.
On WBRE (TV station from Wilkes-Barre, PA) (www.WBRE.com) an anchor reading from a teleprompter pronounced the acronyms P.O.W. M.I.A. (Prisoner of War, Missing in Action) as "Powmia."
